Minute Missiles (3.5e Spell)

When the final words of this spell are uttered, the casters hands are immediately sheathed in flames. While the flames do no damage to the caster they are quite lethal to other creatures. Once per round the caster may make a ranged touch attack to deal 1d6 points of fire damage per two caster levels (Max 5d6) to a single creature. The targeted creature is allowed a reflex save for half damage.
