Regeneration. The mindless titan regains 10 hit points at the start of its turn if it has at least 1 hit point. If the mindless titan takes acid or fire damage, this trait doesn't function at the start of the titan's next turn. The mindless titan dies only if it starts its turn with 0 hit points and doesn't regenerate.

Scent Track. The mindless titan has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that use its sense of smell.

Great Arms. The mindless titan has advantage on Strength (Athletics) checks to grapple other creatures.

Weak Point. The nape of the mindless titan's neck is a weak point. An attack which specifically targets the mindless titan's nape deals damage to the person inside (usually a commoner unless otherwise specified by the DM). If the person inside dies, the titan dies instantly. You must climb up the mindless titan to the nape with a Melee attack, or you can try to shoot it with a ranged weapon at disadvantage.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The mindless titan makes two attacks: one with its slam, and one with its bite.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 33 (4d12+7) piercing damage.

Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (3d8+7) bludgeoning damage.

Swallow. The mindless titan makes one bite attack against a Large or smaller target. If the attack hits, the target is swallowed. The swallowed target is blinded and restrained, it has total cover against attacks and other effects outside the mindless titan, and it takes 7 (2d6) acid damage at the start of each of the titan's turns. The mindless titan can have only one target swallowed at a time.

These titans are enormous beings that only resemble humanoid forms. Some have even thought them to be of giants. In actuality, their regeneration and creepy, sadistic ways, reveal their aberrant nature. They do not have any real speech or personality, and only make disturbing facial expressions as they revel in the terror of their prey. Giants resent being likened to creatures as savage or stupid as them. These creatures are even known to eat giants, and have a taste for anything with a remotely humanoid form. It is unknown, what their origin is, but they are not native creatures of the land. Some say they were created via experimentation on humans. Their size makes it incredibly hard to outrun them, and their impeccable strength bulldozes whatever stands in their way. It is rumored that there is a weak point at the nape of their neck.
