Microwave (3.5e Spell)

I got the idea from a Plane Shift to Earth. One day, I got bored (and hungry), decided to toss in a hotpocket in the microwave, suddenly....PRESTO! I wonder if a necromancer swells and bubbles over like my ham and cheese snack if I overcook him?!

Microwave
Evocation

Components: S,M,F

Range: Close (25ft=5ft/lvl)

Karaptus Ulmade, archmage extrodinare and batsh*t crazy bastard!

A line of translucent, nondescript energy extends from the caster's fingertip towards the target. The caster must make a successful ranged touch attack. On a successful touch attack, the target's molecules superheat, literally cooking the target internally. The subject's skin begins to blister and bubble, oozing boiling blood, and steam rises from their eyes, pores, and orifices. The subject takes 6d6 damage plus 1d6 Temporary Con damage. A Fort save halves damage and Negates Con loss. In addition to the initial damage, it takes 4 rounds for the target's cell to cool down to normal temperatures, subjecting the victim to excruciating pain. The target suffers a -1 penalty to attack rolls, damage rolls, and saves, and spellcasters suffer a 20% arcane/divine spellcasting penalty when casting spells.

Constructs are immune to this attack. Corpreal Undead are immune to pain and Con loss, but sustain 6d10 damage from heat.

Material Component: A pinch of powdered quartz

Focus: A ring crafted from a mithril/copper alloy, fitted with a quartz bezzle, the ring must be worth at least 250 gp.
