Type: Action (Attack)
Prerequisite: 1 Soft Flow maneuver
Description: To initiate this maneuver, you make a Concentration check against your opponent's Armor Class. If you're successful, your next attack is a touch attack that bestows a -2 penalty to attack rolls and all Dexterity-based checks. The penalty increases by 1 for every 4 initiator levels above 1st, to a maximum of -4 at IL 9th. This condition lasts until the start of your next turn.
Special: This maneuver may be initiated as a swift action. Its effects apply only to the first attack after its initiation.
