Infiltrator. Spells that raise the caster's armor class or defends them against a certain type of damage has no effect when being attacked by a meowstic.

ACTIONS

Fake Out. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d10) bludgeoning damage. On a hit, the target must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or become stunned for 1 turn.

Psybeam. Ranged Spell Attack: +5 to hit, reach 120 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d10) psychic damage.


Meowstic are cat-like creatures with psychic power held inside their folded ears. They are very powerful, but also very contained and controlled. The females are greedier than the males, assaulting someone with her psychic ability if they are holding something she wants but they won't give it to her. Meowstic are blue and white, with different details for the male and female variants.
