Wondrous item, Very rare (requires attunement)

An red mask that resembles a panther's face. It fills you with a sense of grief and hatred.

Spirit of a Model. When wearing this mask, you feel a powerful strength in your heart, capable of giving you the courage to fight adversity and make yourself seen while doing so. You gain the following features while wearing it:

  • Once per day, you may cry false tears in hopes of deterring your enemy from harming you. Choose one target within 30 feet that can both see and hear you that are not immune to the charmed condition. This creature must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or become charmed for 1 hour. The target will regard you as an ally or trusted friend. They will actively avoid hurting you and will help you in ways that do not put themselves in harms way. When the effect ends, they realize your ruse and may become hostile. Your use of this feature is regained at dawn.
  • You gain resistance to fire damage.

Carmen. This mask contains 5 charges and regains 1d4+1 charges at dawn. You may expend these charges to use the abilities listed below. Some abilities will require your target to make a saving throw, which DC 15.

  • You expend 2 charges and cast fire ball without any spell components.
  • You expend 3 charges and cast wall of fire without any spell components.
