Wondrous item (Tatoo), Very Rare (requires attunement by someone that is Chaotic Good/Neutral or any Evil alignment.) While bearing the mark and attuned to it you can cast a number of spells without material components. The number of times per day you can use each spell is listed in parentheses. You regain their uses at dawn. You also gain +1 to Your Spell Atack and Spell DC values if you already have a calculation. If you don't already, you use your constitution modifier plus the bonus.
