This page is of questionable balance. Reason: Needs to use D&D 5th edition mechanics. For example, the hit point calculation is incorrect, poison barbs is presumably supposed to be an attack action, etc.

Poison barbs. The plant has purple flowers that grow from the end of its vines. The flowers shot poison barbs with a -2 to hit. The barbs do 1d4 poison damage and an additional 1d4 poison damage for each consecutive barb that hit a target.

Man eater. The plant has one large yellow flower near the middle of the vines. The flower is a mouth with which the plant eats it's victims. A medium or smaller target within 5 ft. of the mouth must make a Dexterity save of 14 to avoid being restrained. If restrained, a creature must make a Strength save of 16, before 2d4 rounds, to come free of the mouth. If the creature doesn't come free of the mouth, it is consumed.

ACTIONS

Vine whip. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) Bludgeoning damage.
