Amphibious. The magical liopleurodon can breathe air and water.

Underwater Camouflage. The magical liopleurodon has advantage on stealth rolls while underwater.

Slick Skin. The magical liopleurodon's skin is slippery and anyone who tries to walk on its back must roll Dexterity at disadvantage and slip off on a fail.

Aquatic Magic. The magical liopleurodon has a mysterious connection to the arcane, allowing it to use water and ice-based magic without components. It is treated as a level five druid for all intents and purposes (It uses spell slots).

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The Magical Lipleurodon makes 2 melee attacks: Once with its bite once with its tail, or two with its tail. It can't make bite and tail attacks against the same target. Alternatively the Magical Liopleurodon may opt to use its tail attack and a magical attack.

Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 15 feet., one target Hit: 2d6 + 4 Bludgeoning Damage.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 feet, one target Hit: 4d6+6 Piercing Damage.

Magical Attack. Ranged Magic Attack: The Magical Liopleurodon May use The Spells: Ice Knife; Level 1 Conjuration, or Wall of Water; Level 3 Evocation.

LEGENDARY ACTIONS

5/Day Stir Up Water: The magical liopleurodon may use a legendary action to use its tail to stir up the water causing large waves to crash down upon those within 20 feet of the beast. The liopleurodon will slap the water 1d4 times. Each wave deals 1d10 bludgeoning damage, anyone within 20 feet of the beast must make a constitution saving throw of 19 or be knocked out. To avoid drowning the player must roll a strength saving throw of 16 and a constitution saving throw of 14, if they fail they take 2d6 drowning damage. The must succeed the throw or continue to drown.
