Innate Spellcasting. The lilitu's spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 19). She can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

At will: charm monster, detect magic, detect thoughts, sending, tongues (self only)
1/day each: dominate person, dream, plane shift (self plus 50 pounds of objects only)

Magic Resistance. The lilitu has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Spellcasting. The lilitu is a 9th-level spellcaster. Her spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 16, +8 to hit with spell attacks). The lilitu has the following cleric spells prepared:

Cantrips (at will): mending, sacred flame, thaumaturgy
1st level (4 slots): bane, command, healing word, inflict wounds
2nd level (3 slots): hold person, mirror image, silence
3rd level (3 slots): blink, dispel magic, mass healing word
4th level (3 slots): dimension door, polymorph
5th level (1 slot): mass cure wounds, reverse morality

Telepathic Bond. The lilitu ignores the range restriction on her telepathy when communicating with a creature she has charmed. The two don't even need to be on the same plane of existence.

Shapechanger. The lilitu can use her action to polymorph into a Small or Medium humanoid, or back into her true form. Without wings, the lilitu loses her flying speed. Other than her size and speed, her statistics are the same in each form. Any equipment she is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. The lilitu reverts to her true form if she dies.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The lilitu can use her Captivating Presence. She then makes two weapon attacks.

Scourge. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) slashing damage plus 9 (2d8) poison damage.

Captivating Presence. Each humanoid of the lilitu's choice within 30 feet of her that she can see must succeed on a DC 19 Wisdom saving throw or become charmed by the lilitu for 24 hours. Charmed targets regard the lilitu as their true love, or at least the object of a powerful and uncontrollable feeling of lust, and they obey the lilitu's verbal or telepathic commands. If a target suffers harm or receives a suicidal command, it can repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on a success. If a target successfully saves against this effect, or the effect ends for it, the target is immune to the lilitu's Captivating Presence for the next 24 hours.

Draining Kiss. The lilitu kisses a creature charmed by her or a willing creature. The target must make a DC 19 Constitution saving throw against this magic, taking 41 (6d10 + 8) psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The target's hit point maximum is reduced by an amount equal to the damage taken. This reduction lasts until the target finishes a long rest. The target dies if this effect reduces its hit point maximum to 0.

Etherealness. The lilitu magically enters the Ethereal Plane from the Material Plane, or vice versa.

A lilitu is an advanced form of succubus, said to be created when one of those fiends manages to corrupt an especially virtuous hero. The fiend's charms are all but undeniable, as all those around her can be swayed to her side with little more than a flirtatious glance or suggestive request. These corruptors are unmatched in the arts of seduction and temptation, though most lilitu prefer to while away their hours in luxurious palaces in the Lower Planes surrounded by attendants and consorts, only rarely acting in the mortal world.
An incubus can also attain a level of power equal to a lilitu through the same means, though for whatever reason, they aren't as common as lilitu, so most people know them by the same name.

gollark: It's an element.
gollark: Well, utilitarianism is literally metaphorically erbium, as things go.
gollark: That last bit does sound hilariously egotistical, but the vast majority of possible things which could be valued are basically entirely opposed to my own.
gollark: I think basically all the conveniently expressible "maximize X" things break horribly if actually taken seriously, and I also don't want people to just "have their own personal prescriptions about what is a good quality in the world", since it might severely disagree with mine.
gollark: BRB, maximizing paperclips.
