Fiend's Plate. AC 18 + Dexterity bonus. Grants immunity to cold

Nightmare Rider. Jurresh'Keel rides upon a nightmare, and has advantage to hit on any unmounted enemies while mounted. If slain the nightmare reverts to a small idol that may be used to summon it 1/day for 8 hours.

Innate Spellcasting. Jurresh'Keel's spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 22). He can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

1/turn: fireball, lightning bolt

3/day each: hold monster, hold person, wall of fire

1/day each: geas, fire storm


The Devil's Number. Whenever there is a 6 in the health of Jurresh'Keel or any demon under his command, they deal doubled damage.

Greater Summon Devil (1/day). Jurresh'Keel chooses what to summon. Jurresh'Keel can summon any devil, greater or below. A summoned devil appears in an unoccupied space within 60 feet of its summoner, acts as an ally of its summoner, and can't summon other devils. It remains until it or its summoner dies, or until its summoner dismisses it as an action.

ACTIONS

Blazing Battle Axe. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 42 (4d20) Slashing damage. Jurresh'Keel may activate the weapon's magic as a bonus action. It does 13 (2d12) Fire damage.

Volcano Lance. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft. (disadvantage when using a lance to attack a target within 5 feet. Also, a lance requires two hands to wield when not mounted), one target. Hit: 42 (6d12) Piercing damage. Jurresh'Keel may use a bonus action to activate the weapon's magic. It does 5(1d8) extra piercing damage, 21 (3d12) Fire damage, and pushes the target 5 ft. away.

Storm Whip. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 23 (2d20) Slashing damage. Jurresh'Keel may take a bonus action to activate the weapon's magic. It does 27 (4d12) Lightning damage, and has 5 ft. of extra reach.

REACTIONS

Counterspell. May cast counterspell (3/day) on any spell level 5 and below.

Jurresh'Keel was a devil under the direct command of Asmodeus, a general of his armies. He was resentful of his station, but was able to become Asmodeus' right hand. During the Rending he stabbed Asmodeus in the back in the midst of all the chaos, destroying his lord, and becoming the new ruler of the Underworld.

He is an 8 ft. tall man, with red skin, horns, cloven feet and a tail (stereotypical demon). He has extreme command over fire and hates people.
