Hamon Points Joel has 10 Hamon points he can spend, and regains them back after a long rest

Stand Proud Focus Joel takes 3 less damage from bludgeoning, piercing and slashing damage

Exploit the Armor When Joel successfully hits a creature with a melee attack, his melee attack rolls gain a +1 bonus against the target for 24 hours. This can stack up to +5

Exchange Blows. When Joel takes damage from a hostile creature or as a bonus action, he makes a DC 11 Constitution saving throw. On a success, he and Feline Frisky can make 1 additional melee attack on each of their turns. He can only have up to 5 Exchange Blows Stacks at once. Using extra attacks during his turn does not consume the stacks. He may spend 1 stack to make a melee attack against creature without using a reaction. All stacks are lost once initiative ends. When landing an extra attack granted by Exchange Blows, Joel may expend that stack to cause it to deal full critical damage.

Spirit Points. Joel has 15 spirit points which he may expend. He regains all spirit points at the end of a long rest.

TSUKA! If Joel is aware of a creature, he and Feline Frisky cannot have disadvantage on attack rolls against them.

ACTIONS

Unarmed Strike Melee Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit:4 1d6 bludgeoning damage, and he can spend a 1 Hamon Point to deal an additional 1d6 radiant damage, to maximum of 3d6

Hamon breathing Joel regains 1 Hamon point.

Sunrise Drop Overdrive (4 Hamon Points) Melee attack reach 5 ft., one target. Target must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, the target takes 24 (6d6) Radiant damage.

Cellular Acceleration (2 Spirit Points) Joel or Feline Frisky touch one humanoid that had taken damage. They are healed 5 (1d8) hit points, and for one minute (10 rounds) heal 1d8 hit points per round. If this is used on an undead, it deals 1d8 radiant damage.

Cat’s Luck/Cat’s Curse (2 Spirit Points) Joel targets one creature within 30ft. of him that isn’t himself or Feline Frisky. If he wishes to give the target good luck, they are under the effects of the Bless spell. If he wishes misfortune on the target, they must make a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw, or for every attack roll, ability check, and saving throw, they must roll a d4 and subtract the number rolled on the d4 from their total roll. Both Cat’s Luck and Cat’s Curse last for one hour, and Both effects do not effect Death saving throws.

Joel is part of an alternate dimension, an off of both of the JoJo continuities. He is a relatively simple teenager, with spiked black hair that is longer than most Joestar hair. He is always trying to land a date (and 9/10 will fail at doing so, and often comically). Joel typically is seen wearing a black shirt with a skull, that has a tear up the left side, and he wears black jeans. He can to the common person be seen as lazy, as he doesn’t commit to things at first, but once he gets going, it’s hard to stop him. His older sister Joanna Joestar taught him his Hamon abilities, but once she went missing, he continued his Hamon training, and during an encounter with Sia, a vampire and stand user, he awakens his own stand: Feline Frisky. Feline Frisky is autonomous, and speaks to Joel and his companions. She has a habit of distrusting most people, to try to get Joel trust her judgement more. She appears as a woman with blue skin and patches of white fur on parts of her body, and she has large white paws instead of hands and feet. She has non retractable pink claws, on both sets of paws. She also has a sort of pencil skirt sorta thing, and a wrap over her chest.

Manifestation of Will. Any feature that effects Joel also effects Feline Frisky. Any damage Feline Frisky takes is instead dealt to Joel. Any effect that targets either Feline Frisky or Joel targets both of them. Joel can summon or de-summon Feline Frisky as a bonus action. If Joel becomes unconcious, the Stand instantly de-summons. Feline Frisky and Joel use the same action and bonus action, but moving Feline Frisky uses a free action. Feline Frisky can only move up to 20 ft. of the Stand user, and moves in parallel with the Stand user when they move beyond the 10 ft. radius.

Invisible Force. Only Stand users and creatures with any form of spellcasting can see Feline Frisky, otherwise it is invisible. A creature that can not see Stands can attempt a DC 25 Wisdom saving throw after being damaged by a Stand. On a success, it can sense Feline Frisky, and it is no longer invisible to them. Feline Frisky can phase through creatures/objects and everything seen by Feline Frisky is also seen by Joel. At Joel’s option, he can make Feline Frisky materialize, and she can be seen without the need of a stand, or Magic.

ACTIONS

Claw Slash Melee Attack: +15 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit:12 3d6 slashing damage.

Cellular Acceleration (2 Spirit Points) One creature Feline Frisky touches regains 4 (1d8) hit points, and regains an additional 4 (1d8) hit points at the end of each of their turns for 1 minute. If the target is undead, they must succeed a DC 23 Dexterity saving throw or take 4 (1d8) radiant damage in the same manner instead of regaining hit points.

gollark: That's actually how I found out the details of one potatospotatoexploit™.
gollark: Although you can, as it turns out, read printed pages held in other people's hands, which is neat.
gollark: Plethora doesn't let you access metadata sometimes even when it would be very !!FUN!!.]
gollark: If you have entity-sensor visibility on that player (unlikely given the range but OH WELL) you could make it try and track players, if it looks like the laser came from a specific one.
gollark: Oh, fun idea: make your program try and figure out the source of the laser and shoot it directly.
