Jelly Rain (3.5e Spell)
On the first round, small globs of jelly falls from the sky, dealing 1d6 bludgeoning damage per 2 levels to all creatures and objects in the area, except the caster. On the second round, big globs of jelly falls from the sky, dealing 1d6 bludgeoning damage per level to all creatures and objects in the area, except the caster. This jelly is very sticky and it remains on the area for 1 round per level, anyone attempting to walk trough the area must make a Reflex save or his movement is halved.
