ACTIONS

Multiattack. Ishikawa makes two unarmed strikes.

Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (3d4 + 3) magical bludgeoning damage.

Shuriken (0-3 Chakra). Ranged Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d3 + 3) slashing damage. The jonin may make 1 additional attack for every additional chakra point spent.

Lightweight Boulder (2+ Chakra). Ishikawa divides the weight of an object that they are touching by the amount of chakra spent. He may also grant a creature a flying speed equal to their movement speed for 1 minute for 7 chakra.

Weighted Boulder (7+ Chakra). One creature or object Ishikawa can touch become 2 + half the additional amount of chakra spent times heavier. If the target is a creature, their movement speed becomes 0 and their melee attacks deal twice as much damage.

Fissure (3 Chakra). Every creature in a 30 ft. x 10 ft. line must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, they fall into a 50 ft. deep fissure created along the line. A creature in the fissure can try to climb out by making a DC 17 Athletics or Acrobatics check. The fissure has an initiative of 20. At the start of its fourth turn, it closes. A creature still in the fissure takes 13 (3d6 + 2) force damage and is pushed to the top.

Stone Pillar Spears (8 Chakra). Ranged Spell Attack: +9 to hit, range 20 ft., five targets. Hit: 9 (2d6 + 2) magical piercing damage.

Rock Shelter (15 Chakra). Ishikawa creates a wall of earth that covers half of a 15 foot radius around them. The wall provides total cover and has 100 hit points. If the wall is destroyed, it shatters, dealing 7 (2d6) bludgeoning to the creatures inside, as well as the amount of damage remaining that the wall would have taken. A creature inside the dome when it is destroyed does not become targeted by the effect that destroyed it.

Bedrock Coffin (25 Chakra). One creature within 90 feet must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, the target takes 51 (8d8 + 2) bludgeoning damage and is restrained. On a success, they only take half as much damage. While restrained in this way it has total cover. The coffin can be destroyed. It has 100 hit points. The creature can also escape by making a DC 30 Athletics check.

Rock Armor (8 Chakra). Ishikawa gains +5 AC for 1 minute.

Rock Gun (4-12 Chakra). Every creature in a 10 foot radius within 30 feet of Ishikawa must attempt a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, they take 17 (4d6 + 2) bludgeoning damage and are restrained. On a success, nothing happens. Ishikawa may spend 2 additional chakra to increase this jutsu and the boulder's range by 5 feet.

Ishikawa without his Tsuchikage hat, Source [].

Founder of the Hidden Stone Village, Ishikawa was incredibly powerful in his mastery of Earth Style. Despite coming to the first Five Kage Summit in genuine faith of creating peace, or at the very least communication, among the five Kage, he was upfront in his skepticism toward any form of treaty that he may sign. He is best known for being able to discern the quality of both a stone and a person's quality with a single glance and for his love of puns. Shortly after becoming Tsuchikage, he succumbed to his old age, naming his young bodyguard Mu as his successor.
