Wondrous item, legendary (requires attunement) When you are hit by a melee attack, you can use your reaction to roll 1d20. If the result was 11 or more, you may spend a charge to fire a lightning bolt at the creature that struck you, using Strength or Dexterity as your spellcasting modifier. The gauntlets have five charges, and they regain all expended charges daily at dawn.
