Huge dragon, unaligned Armor Class 19 (natural armor)
Saving Throws Dex +9, Con +10, Wis +7 Ambusher. The zippleback has advantage on attack rolls against a creature it has surprised. Sensetive Hearing. The zippleback has disadvantage on Constitution saving throws against being deafened. While deafened, the zippleback is disoriented and acts as though under the effects of the Confusion spell. Two-Headed. The zippleback has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks and on saving throws against being blinded, charmed, deafened, frightened, stunned, or knocked unconcious. The zippleback also gets an extra reaction. ACTIONSMultiattack. The zippleback makes two bite attacks and two tail attacks. It may substitute two bite/tail attacks for one gas breath attack and a spark breath attack. Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: X (2d6 + 4) piercing damage. Tail Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: X (2d8 + 4) bludgeoning damage. Breath Weapons. The zippleback uses one of the following breath weapons: Gaseous Breath (Recharges 5-6). The zippleback exhales noxious gas in a 40-foot cone, which occupies a 40-foot sphere in the second round. The cloud goes around corners and through cracks and the area is heavily obscured. The cloud lingers for a minute and each creature within the cloud at the start of its turn must make a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned for a minute. Creatures that don't need to breathe, are immune to poison, or aren't zipplebacks automatically succeed on the saving throw. Any source of fire or lightning damage that comes in contact with the cloud causes the gas to explode within a 40-foot radius. Each creature within the radius must succeed a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw or 56 (16d6) fire damage, or have as much on a successful one. The zippleback is immune to the effects and damage of the Gaseous Breath and has advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks while inside the cloud.

Two-headed creatures are rare in nature, requiring freak mutations to occur, much to the detriment of the individual(s) born. Even among creatures of magical origin, like dragons, these mutations are rare, and often the heads fight each other for control of the body and which direction to move in. However, by some freak accident of nature, there is a species of dragon that has evolved to not only have two heads but each with their own distinct personalities and desires.
