Half-Zebra Ponies are usually called Zonies, it is a general term as 3 variants are known to exist.
Creating a Half-Zebra
This is an inherited template that can be applied to only Pegasi, Unicorns, and/or Earth Ponies (referred to hereafter as the base creature). This is a template geared towards playable races, as such is in a similar format. During character creation, this template also changes the appearance.
