Wondrous item, very rare

This brass orb is the size of a helmet and weighs 5 pounds. If you place the guardian egg on the ground and speak the command word, it will transform into a metal servant who will obey and protect you until the next sunrise, when it will return to its original form. Once activated, you cannot activate it again until sunrise one week later.

Hill Giant. The orb takes the form of a hill giant, along with all of its statistics, but it has no weapons and all attacks only do 1 bludgeoning damage.

Roc. The orb takes the form of a roc, along with all of its statistics, but its attacks only do 1 piercing damage.

Dragon Turtle. The orb takes the form of a dragon turtle, along with all of its statistics, but its attacks only do 1 slashing damage. It cannot use it's Steam Breath attack.

If the guardian egg drops to 0 hit points while it is transformed, the creature immediately collapses and loses all magical properties.
