Eyes of Chaos. The glitch has blindsight, darkvision and truesight with a radius of 60 feet. Outside this radius, the glitch in completely blind.

Glitching Travel. The glitch can move through objects or creatures in its way, dealing 17 (2d10 + 6) necrotic damage to anything it moves through. If a creature that the glitch moves through dies because of this, the body and anything on it disintegrates. If the creature does not die, then the next time they complete a long rest the glitch inside them will take them over and they gain a feature of indefinite madness (DMG pg. 260).

Unpredictable Body. When the glitch makes an attack, it rolls a d10. On an odd number, it will attack a random creature chosen by the DM. On an even number, it will attack itself and heal itself the damage the attack would've made. Additionally, if a creature attempts to grapple the glitch, it will move 30 feet in a random direction.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The glitch is able to make 3 attacks, targets and attacks randomly chosen.

Glitch Shot. Ranged Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 60 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (2d10 + 6) necrotic damage. Roll a d20. On a 20, the attack does nothing. On a 1, the target, if it is a creature, gains a feature from short-term madness.

Breakdown. The glitch targets one creature within sight with an Intelligence score about 13 and hits their mind with pure chaos and glitches. The creature must succeed on a DC 19 Wisdom saving throw or gain a feature of short-term madness and take 15 (2d10 + 4) psychic damage.

Flawed Bubble. The glitch targets one creature within sight with and Intelligence score above 10 and traps them in a bubble. This bubble has 10 hit points and holes in it that are always moving. Whenever the creature tries to make a ranged attack through the bubble, they must make 2 attack rolls, one to get through the bubble and one to hit their target. The bubble can only be destroyed if that first attack roll failed or if the bubble is targeted with a melee attack.

The glitch is a rare creature, mostly found in computer programs. When a glitch is found in real life, you must wonder about how real that "real life" actually is. They are beings of pure chaos, unable to discern ally from foe, and therefore attack just about anyone and anything that gets in its way. It can't understand reason and doesn't understand any from of emotion. It's ferocious the only thing that can make it calm is destroying it completely. When the glitch is killed, it will revive itself after a week in another part of the world.

gollark: Were you unaware of the new classification system introduced 715Ts ago?
gollark: Or β-597/A'.
gollark: Obviously something something is-ought problem, but for most terminal goals people have being right is better than not being right, all else equal.
gollark: It's a convergent instrumental goal.
gollark: Well, sometimes people do/like wrong things, so you could be wrong.
