Glacial Blast (5e Spell)
Breathe out in a direction to release a blast of freezing mist, and ice at a target in range. The target must make a Dexterity save, taking 6d8 cold damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one.
- A target which fails the saving throw is encased in ice and becomes restrained. At the beginning of each of its turns, it may make a Strength saving throw to end the effect on a success.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, it deals an additional 1d8 cold damage for every level above 4th.
