Gengetsu Hozuki
Medium humanoid (Human), lawful neutral Armor Class 18 (Natural Armor)
Saving Throws Dexterity +8, Intelligence +8 Chakra. Gengetsu has 30 chakra points which he can expend. All chakra points are regained at the end of a long rest. Evasion. When Gengetsu is targeted by an effect that allows him to make a Dexterity saving throw to take half damage on a success, he takes no damage on a success and half damage on a failure. ACTIONSMultiattack. Gengetsu can make 2 unarmed strikes. Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d4 + 4) magical slashing damage. Summoning Jutsu (20 Chakra). Gengetsu summons one of the Giant Clam underneath him for 5 hours. Hydrification (7 Chakra). For 1 minute, Gengetsu can switch between being made of water and not being made of water. While made of water, he gains immunity to bludgeoning, slashing, and piercing damage, but vulnerability to to lightning and fire damage and can squeeze through any space, no matter how small. Water Gun (1 Chakra). Ranged Spell Attack: +8 to hit, range 20 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 4) piercing damage. Water Balloon Jutsu (15 Chakra). All creatures in a 15 ft. radius up to 60 ft. away from Gengetsu must succeed a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, they take 11 (2d6 + 4) bludgeoning damage as they rupture a slew bubbles with explosive force. They must retry this saving throw every time they spend more than 10 ft. of movement for 1 minute. Steaming Danger Tyranny (15 Chakra). Gengetsu creates a clone of himself within 5 feet with 5 hit points that has 90 ft. of movement speed that is Small. Every time it moves at least 30 ft. on one of its turns, its size increases by 1 category. It may only use its action to detonate. Upon doing so, all creatures in a certain radius must attempt a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw, taking the following damage on a failure or half as much on a success.

Succeeding the First Mizukage, Gengetsu Hozuki is a hot tempered, stylish shinobi. In life, he had a long-standing rivalry with Mu, the second Tsuchikage, and thoroughly enjoyed picking on Onoki, ultimately leading to a long-standing rivalry between the two villages. After his death, he would be succeeded by the Third Mizukage. |
