Wondrous item, legendary (requires attunement by a lawful creature) This gem has the potent power to enforce order in a chaotic universe, completely eliminating the bad side of random chance from your actions. While the gem is within 30 feet of you, you can use a bonus action to call upon its power for 1 minute. For the duration, whenever you make an attack roll, ability check, or saving throw, you can treat a d20 roll of 9 or lower as a 10. Once you have used this property of the gem, you can't use it again until the next dawn.
