Chakra. A has 30 chakra points which he can expend. All chakra points are regained at the end of a long rest.

Evasion. When A is targeted by an effect that allows him to make a Dexterity saving throw to take half damage on a success, he takes no damage on a success and half damage on a failure.

Lightning Cloak. When a creature misses a melee attack against A, they take 3 (1d6) lightning damage.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. A makes 3 unarmed strikes

Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d4 + 5) lightning damage.

Lariat (10 Chakra). A charges 15-45 feet in a straight line before forcing one creature within 5 feet to attempt a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, they take 31 (4d12 + 5) magical bludgeoning damage.

While lacking his father's unstoppable biology, A is a much more intelligent fighter, formulating numerous taijutsu maneuvers for exclusive use by extremely powerful specialists, such as jinchuriki or those who can use Lightning Chakra Mode, with his greatest move being the double lariat, as executed by he and his adopted brother Killer B.
