Follower of Tiamat (3.5e Feat)

Follower of Tiamat [General, Roleplaying]

3e Summary::You worship Tiamat, the Abyssal Goddess of Dragons; Your fervor has made you skilled at hunting Tiamat's enemies.
Prerequisite: Must be Chaotic Evil, Chaotic Neutral, or Neutral Evil; Must worship Tiamat
Benefit: You gain the Favored Enemy class feature of the Ranger, but with a more limited selection.

Tiamat is the Queen-Consort of Bahamut, the God-King of Dragons, and is also his eternal enemy. Where Bahamut wanted to preserve and protect the mortals of the world, Tiamat wanted to subjugate and destroy them. Ultimately, the tension between these two became so severe that it drove the two deities to become mortal enemies, and their followers to wage war against one another. Tiamat now schemes in the outer planes, within the infinite layers of the abyss.

The devoted of Tiamat are twisted and brutal, often without exception. Those who devote themselves to the genocidal and tyrannical teachings of the dragon god, by extension, devote themselves to the hatred she has for Man, Elf and most Kin, those training themselves for, and actively pursuing, the harm of her enemies. These individuals gain the Favored Enemy class feature at the same rate as a Ranger (Every five Hit Dice), but can only choose from Humanoid enemies, with most favoring human and elven foes.

gollark: I do indentation and *now* even have my IDE detect use of nonexistent variables.
gollark: Opus constantly sends out broadcasts containing the computer ID and status. Great for tracking.
gollark: Well, more work on this is going to be mostly blocked on being able to try this and/or see the code.
