With a deceptive twist, you strike quickly at the foot of an enemy with the flag.
4e Power Usage::At-Will  Martial, Weapon, Implement
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee Weapon
Requirement: Staff or Spear group weapon equipped
Target: One Creature
Attack: Charisma Vs. Reflex
Hit: 1[W] + Strength Modifier damage, target is slowed until the end of its next turn. Increase to 2[W] at level 21.
