Medium humanoid (Human), lawful neutral Armor Class 18 (Natural Armor)
Saving Throws Dexterity +7, Intelligence +8 Chakra. A has 40 chakra points which he can expend. All chakra points are regained at the end of a long rest. Evasion. When A is targeted by an effect that allows him to make a Dexterity saving throw to take half damage on a success, he takes no damage on a success and half damage on a failure. ACTIONSMultiattack. A can make 3 sword attacks, 2 sword attacks followed by 1 lightning rod action against the same target, or 1 sword attack followed by 2 lightning rod actions against the same target. Sword. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (2d4 + 3) magical slashing damage. Shuriken (0-3 Chakra). Ranged Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d3 + 4) slashing damage. The jonin may make 1 additional attack for every additional chakra point spent. Thunder (1 Chakra). Each creature in a 25 foot cone must attempt a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, they take 9 (2d6 + 2) lightning damage. On a success, they take half as much. Lightning Rod (4 Chakra). One creature within 5 feet must attempt a DC 15 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, they take 13 (3d6 + 2) lightning damage and are stunned until the end of their next turn. On a success, they take half as much and are not stunned. Lightning Ball (9+ Chakra). Ranged Spell Attack: +7 to hit, range 30 ft., three target. Hit: 6 (1d4 + 4) lightning damage. The jonin may make one additional attack per three additional chakra spent. Field of Raijin (12 Chakra). All creatures in a 15 foot radius must succeed a Constitution saving throw. On a failure, they are restrained for 1 minute and take 11 (2d8 + 2) lightning damage. On a success, they take half as much damage and are not restrained. They may retry this saving throw at the end of each of their turns, no longer being restrained on a success. REACTIONSYata Wall (35 Chakra). As a reaction when A is targeted by a jutsu or spell that deals damage, he becomes immune to it and you cast the jutsu or spell in the direction of the caster using his own spell save DC or spell attack bonus and it deals lighting damage. |
The founder of the Hidden Cloud Village, A was an incredibly powerful shinobi. Donning himself the Raikage, literally translating as Lightning Shadow or Shadow of Lightning, his personal style reflected the name perfectly, contrasting against his contemporaries' simple, traditional robes with a purple scarf and flamboyant jacket reminiscent of the jacket the fourth Hokage would wear generations later. His successor would ultimately take his name, beginning the tradition of Raikage sharing the same mean. |
