Finesse Massive Damage [General]
3e Summary::You can apply your Dexterity to Massive Damage DCs
Prerequisite: Weapon Finesse, Base attack bonus +8
Benefit: When you deal massive damage to a creature, you can apply your Dexterity modifier instead of your Strength modifier to determine the DC. You can only use this ability with a weapon you can apply weapon finesse to. (should only apply to creatures susceptible to critical hits)

gollark: You can't just magically extract more energy from the same amount of sky once you do somehow get 100%-efficiency panels.
gollark: I duckduckgoed it. The record solar efficiency is 46%. The usual is apparently about 37%.
gollark: Is it 40%? Might be 10%, I think it's 40%.
gollark: Plants don't need much energy.
gollark: Current solar is 40% efficient. There's not a huge way to go.
