In addition, this weapon's lack of a distal taper (Meaning the sword does not get thinner the closer it gets to the tip) makes it very top heavy, making its use very difficult while one-handed. Unless your Strength score is 17 or higher, you have disadvantage with all one-handed attack rolls made with this weapon. However, this comes with the trade off of hitting extra hard.
