Empower Talent [Metapsychic]

3e Summary::You can strengthen the effects of your psychic skills.
Prerequisite: Psychic Ability, Wis 13+
Benefit: You can increase the variables of your psychic skills to 150% of normal. So, a psychic skill that normally does 2d6 damage does 3d6, for example.

Strain: The skill’s normal strain is doubled.
