Innate Spellcasting (Psionics). Ebrietas' innate spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 18). She can innately cast the following spells, requiring no components:

At will: comprehend languages, detect thoughts, levitate
3/day each: magic missile, phantasmal killer
1/day each: black tentacles, counterspell, dominate monster

Psionic Field. At the start of her turn, Ebrietas deals 10 (3d6) psychic damage to each hostile creature within 10 feet of her.

Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If Ebrietas fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead.

Magic Resistance. Ebrietas has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. Ebrietas makes four melee attacks, up to two of which she can replace with ranged attacks.

Tentacle. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 30 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (4d8 + 2) bludgeoning damage. If the target is Huge or smaller, it is grappled (escape DC 15) and takes 9 (1d8 + 5) psychic damage at the start of each of its turns until the grapple ends. Ebrietas can grapple up to four creatures this way.

Special Attacks (Recharge 5-6). Ebrietas uses one of the following special attacks:

A Call Beyond. Ebrietas unleashes a harrowing noise audible within 30 feet of her. Each creature inside that area must succeed on a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw or take 32 (5d10 + 5) force damage.
Blood Spit. Ebrietas makes a ranged spell attack against a creature within 40 feet of her with a +7 bonus to hit. On a hit, the target takes 15 (3d8 + 6) poison damage. Regardless of damage dealt, the target creature must make a DC 18 Intelligence saving throw or take 32 (5d10 + 5) psychic damage.

LEGENDARY ACTIONS

The Daughter of the Cosmos can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Daughter of the Cosmos regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Tentacle. Ebrietas makes one tentacle attack.
Blood Spit (Costs 2 Actions). Ebrietas recharges and uses her Blood Spit.

One of the eldritch Great Ones, Ebrietas is a monstrous creature that resembles a slug with squid-like tentacles emerging from her back. Her face appears split in half and is covered in strange growths that resemble fungus that surround her vulnerable head (only red flesh is seen, so it is possible that she has no real mouth) but, despite being a Kin (most of them have bulging and globular yellow eyes), she has only two oval shaped green eyes. Ebrietas possesses a set of skeletal wings that grant her limited flight. The fact that this being is the conduit between the Church and the Great Ones, coupled with the appellative "daughter" and her appearance, possibly shows that she is the first Celestial Child. Like most of the Kin she has gray blood but is able to spit a red fluid, similar to human blood, that inflicts psychic damage.

gollark: The feature list is too long to put here.
gollark: Nonsense. PotatOS is the best OS.
