Drangleic

Drangleic

"Ah. Thou art here for the same reason as I, no? To cure this accursed kingdom of Drangleic, where the dead walk as easily as the living. Bearer of the curse, claim thine throne and end this tragedy. For thou art destined... Whether it be by benevolence-- or by fire."

The cursed Kingdom of Drangleic is one of many to succumb to the curse of the undead. Drangleic, however, may be one of the worst cases recorded to succumb. When you die, you do not die for good. You become undead. If you die beyond that, the Hollowfication process continues at an accelerated rate of speed, your body and mind growing in frailty with each death. The only way to reverse this process is with a Human Effigy.

gollark: Also, yes, legacy junk.
gollark: In C++, *everything* is unsafe with no real way to stop that.
gollark: <@144182382692532224> C++ is overcomplicated, unsafe and undefinedbehaviory.
gollark: I was joking when I said "all decent games did", but it'd be cool.
