This page is of questionable balance. Reason: Mundane heavy armor should not allow you to gain an AC of 20 as that is far too powerful. Even an AC of 19, 1 better than plate needs to come with some serious downsides besides cost in order to be balanced. See fortress armor for how to create a balanced piece of armor with better AC than plate. Besides that, the armor needs a balanced defineable niche that isn't already covered by existing pieces of homebrew or offical armor.

Dragon Hide is extremely rare and heavy, but it is some of the strongest nonmagical armor in the world. It is common among dwarves, and is a symbol of hatred towards all dragons.
