Dragon's Tear (5e Equipment)
The Dragon's Tear was first made when the very first dragon died, the spark of his life captured in a chunk of sapphire. Later, that sapphire was taken into a jeweler's shop where it was cut into an amulet in the shape of a tear. Since then, others have attempted to recreate this amulet by following a dragon around and waiting for it to die. Shockingly, the dragon outlived them every time. As such, there is only one Dragon's Tear in existence.
