Dragon

Design Note: This creature is designed for use with the Dragon Warrior class.

Medium dragon, same as the rider (or really close, must have at least one in common)


Armor Class 15 (natural armor)
Hit Points 15 (d10)
Speed 30 ft, fly 60 ft

Saving Throws chosen by the rider
Skills chosen by the rider
Damage Resistances based on the dragon's type
Senses passive Perception (depends on the rider's skill choice)
Languages Understands Common and Draconic but can only speak telepathically with the rider


ACTIONS

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: Strength to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1d8 + Strength modifier piercing damage plus 1d4 damage of the dragon's type.

Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: Strength to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 2d4 + Strength modifier slashing damage.

Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: Strength to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1d8 + Strength modifier bludgeoning damage.

Breath Weapon

At 3rd level your dragon gains a breath weapon. The shape, type of save throw and type of damage depend on the type of dragon. The DC is 8 + it's Constitution modifier + your proficiency. The damage is 2d6, and it gains +1d6 every 4 levels after 3rd level. The range starts with a 15 ft cone or a 5 by 30 ft line, and it increases by 5 ft every 3 levels after 3rd level.

gollark: No advice on subject choice since I'm bad at making decisions (I only have to apply *next* year personally so I can put it off).
gollark: It may not be exactly 9% actually but around that sort of figure.
gollark: You do apparently need to apply quite soon, though, unless you wait until next year or something.
gollark: Well, UK student loans are "only" paid back as 9% of your income over £27000 or so, so it actually isn't *that* terrible.
gollark: Also they're pretty nice pets, as long as they don't bite you or something.
