Acidic Form. A creature that touches the oozing one or hits it with a melee attack while within 5 feet of it takes 10 (3d6) acid damage.

Amorphous. The oozing one can move through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing.

Regeneration. The oozing one regains 10 hit points at the start of its turn if it has at least 1 hit point.

Spider Climb. The oozing one can climb difficult surfaces, including upside down on ceilings, without needing to make an ability check.

Stench. Any creature, other than an ooze, that starts its turn within 10 feet of the oozing one must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned until the start of the creature's next turn. On a successful saving throw, the creature is immune to the oozing one's stench for 24 hours.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The oozing one makes two attacks.

Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) bludgeoning damage, plus 10 (3d6) acid damage.

Spit Acid. Ranged Weapon Attack: +2 to hit, range 15/30 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (2d6) acid damage.

A rancid one has no dreams or aspirations, but if it consumes enough, Juiblex might deem it worthy and imbue it with slivers of fiendish power, creating a horror called a dismembered one. A dismembered one shows tremendous resilience in the face of adversity as it is capable of regenerating from wounds that should have destroyed it, not to mention the dismembered one's horrific smell.
Few sane individuals seek to encounter dismembered ones, and even cultists of Juiblex and other oozing ones give dismembered ones a wide berth.

Ooze Nature. A dismembered one doesn't require sleep.

gollark: So actually it won't be equal to a string.
gollark: No, PotatOS is a table.
gollark: It isn't, but you still can't escape.
gollark: None can escape.
gollark: Changing it would probably break backward compatibility however.
