Penumbral Door. Instead of moving like a normal creature, the dimensional shambler can shift to a different plane, move there, and shift back to the plane where it came from.

Plane Shift. Once per hour, the dimensional shambler can magically teleport to a different plane of existence. The shambler does not have to know the plane or its nature. When it uses this ability, it will intuitively avoid planes with an environment too harsh for it to survive. The shambler can take up to four creatures with it provided these creatures are in physical contact with the shambler. If a creature is unwilling to travel with the shambler, it must make a successful DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be taken along anyway. The DC is reduced by 2 for every additional unwilling creature.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The dimensional shambler makes two claw attacks. If both attacks hit the same target, it is grappled (escape DC 14) and the dimensional shambler can use its dimensional leap.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack. +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d10 + 4) slashing damage.

Dimensional Leap. The dimensional shambler teleports, along with any equipment it is carrying and any creature it is grappling, up to 60 feet to an unoccupied space it can see.

The dimensional shambler is a mischievous and curious humanoid entity with shaggy grey fur, long arms, vicious claws and a malicious grin. The shambler can cross the barrier between different dimensions, though it is unclear how and why it does this. While dimensional shamblers have a brutish intellect, their knowledge of the planes and their relations is unmatched. Shamblers do not need to eat or drink and can thus survive in places too alien to offer any food or water.

Aberrant Nature. A dimensional shambler doesn't require food or drink.

gollark: Clearly I must learn CALCULULULUS™ so I can winninate.
gollark: So you have to make it... as hard as possible for your opponent to subtract from it, or something?
gollark: A *calculus* battle game?
gollark: Yes, me too.
gollark: If you *really* don't want to deal with hair, laser head removal I guess.
