Saving Throws Strength +17, Constitution +17, Wisdom +19, Intelligence +19 Legendary Resistance (3/day). If Dialga fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead. Pressure. A creature that starts its turn within 60 feet of Dialga has disadvantage on Constitution saving throws. Magic Resistance. Dialga has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects. Magic Weapons. Dialga's weapon attacks are considered magical. Future Sight. Due to Dialga's ability to see into the future and past, Dialga has advantage on ability checks made to figure out codes or other things that would require time to solve. Also, Dialga can also use his reaction to attempt to catch a missile from a ranged weapon. If he does so, he can reduce the damage by 3d10 + 17. If the damage is reduced to 0 and the object is Medium or smaller, Dialga can throw it back at the attacker, making an attack equal to the one made against him. This ability includes things like dragon's breath and other natural ranged weapons, but not magic. Regeneration. Dialga regains 20 hit points at the beginning of every turn. ACTIONSMultiattack. Dialga can either use his Hasten/Recession, then he makes 4 attacks. two with his claws, one with his tail and one with his dragon breath. He can trade out any of those attacks for any of the others. Hasten/Recession. As an action, Dialga can choose a creature within 200 feet of him that he can see, then he can choose to either slow down or quicken the creature. A creature that is quickened has their movement speed increased by 20 feet speed boost for 1 minute, and those he has chosen to slow have their movement speed decreased by 20 feet for 1 minute. Dialga can only do this once per turn. Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +17 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 28 (4d8 + 10) slashing damage. Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +17 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 24 (4d6 + 10) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 21 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. Dragon Breath. Dialga can exhale temporal energy in a 90 foot long line that is 10 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 21 Dexterity saving throw, taking 32 (4d10 + 10) radiant damage on a failed save and half as much on a successful one. Roar of Time. Ranged Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 90/200 ft., one target. Hit: 35 (5d10 + 10) radiant damage. If the target is a creature, then the creature is frozen in time, either being unable to move, attack, or take reactions on their next turn (DM's choice.) LEGENDARY ACTIONSThe Dialga can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Dialga regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn. Detect. Dialga makes a Wisdom (Perception) check. Tail. Dialga makes a tail attack. Hasten/Recession (Costs 2 Actions). Dialga uses his Hasten/Recession action. |
Dialga, according to legend, is the lord of time, and is appropriately called the "Temporal Pokémon". It is said that he can control time with his roar, but for a long time people regarded that as nothing but a legend. Many people who believed that Dialga existed has attempted to control such a creature, making traps to contain and control his power. Some say that if one person can own Dialga's power, they'd become the most powerful being in the universe. |
