Devil Pinnacle (3.5e Spell)

The caster draws out a contract written in his own blood and some gold coins, which both disappear in a flash of red smoke. The caster resembles a Pit Fiend in face and body structure.

Devil Pinnacle grants different effects depending on the number of Devil Lore spells active on the caster or cast during the duration of this spell. For each unique Devil Lore spell currently active on the caster (including this spell) as well as cast during the duration of this spell, Devil Pinnacle has the following effects:

1	Disease on bite attack as pit fiend (DC 19 + con modifier)
2	As previous, but constrict attack on grapple (2d8 + 2 * strength modifier)
3	As previous, but fear aura 20 ft radius as pit fiend (DC 19 + cha modifier)
4	As previous, but improved grab as pit fiend
5	As previous, but poison as pit fiend (DC 19 + con modifier)
6	As previous, but gains the Power Attack feat as a temporary bonus feat
7	As previous, but gains the Cleave feat and Great Cleave feat as a temporary bonus feats
8	As previous, but gains Damage Reduction 15/good and silver
9	As previous, but gains spell resistance 15 + HD

Any round in which the caster casts a Devil Lore spell, all other active Devil Lore spells have their duration extended by one round.

Material Component

A piece of parchment with an unsigned devil's contract written in the blood of the caster as well as 75 gold pieces. The parchment costs 75 gold pieces to prepare in addition to the 75 gold pieces consumed in the casting. It also causes 8 hitpoints to be lost from the caster's total hitpoints, which cannot be destroyed until the material component is destroyed (either physically or during the casting of this spell).
