    The Power of the Magatama

“The Magatama is the essence of demons, and with this, you will become a demon"

Magatamas are bug-like creatures you can ingest to gain access to new features and spells. The magatama also increases your stats, regardless of if they pass the 20 threshold. There are 25 total magatama that will be detailed at the end of the class description, and you innately have the Marogeh magatama. You choose to gain either the Wadatsumi or Ankh magatama after defeating an enemy of your DM’s discretion, and you gain the other one at your DM’s discretion. The rest of the Magatama are purchasable from demonic beings that only you can see when you take a long rest. You can change what magatama you have equipped only when outside of combat. Due to the magatama granting spells/features, you are able to attune to the magatama to keep those skills within you, despite having another magatama equipped. Attuning takes 12 hours, and upon finishing attuning, you can choose one skill from the list of skills that the magatama offers.

    Demonic Strength

Instead of your unarmed strikes doing 1d4 bludgeoning damage, the damage is instead filtered through this calculation: (Your Level + Strength Score) *16 ÷ 15, this calculation increases by 1 each level as shown on the damage table. You are also considered a Large creature for the sake of lifting or carrying capacity.

    Demonic Body

Due to being half-demon, you do not need to eat, sleep, drink, or breathe, but you can consume food or drink if you wish, you also stop aging. You are also immune to all disease. You also gain 60 feet of Darkvision. In addition to all of this, while you are wearing no armor and not wielding a shield, your AC equals 10 + your Dexterity modifier + 5. However, all of this comes with a drawback, unless you conceal yourself, people will see you as a pure demon, and will either be skeptical of you, or will fear you.

    Ability Score Improvement

When you reach 4th level, and again at 8th, 12th, 16th and 19th level, you can increase one ability score of your choice by 2, or you can increase two ability scores of your choice by 1. As normal, you can't increase an ability score above 20 using this feature.

gollark: How are my guesses to be submitted this round anyway?
gollark: Modern code is insufficiently idiomatic.
gollark: It shows you how idiomatic the code is based on its width.
gollark: You should probably run `cat` on it, as it turns out to, er, not have any exploitable security isuses either.
