Sadistic and violent, dark tormentors love causing pain and inspiring fear. They resemble large humanoids, and are covered in bony, somewhat metallic plates. They wield maces, but with a touch they can steal the life. They can be found throughout the Lower Planes, where they keep slaves, and when summoned to the Material Plane they gather massive numbers of slaves to build mighty monuments to their power. In ancient times, they served orcs, and many still hold grudges for what they consider the greatest shame of their kind, and every dark tormentor has the Orc language indelibly etched into their minds. |
