A tightly bound sphere of elemental energy infused with fiendish power, a dark orb moves as silently as a ghost, occasionally wailing mournfully. It appears to be made from shadows, and wispy faces can occasionally be seen on its surface as it gently hangs in the air. It can summon magical darkness on a whim, and though it bears no ill will towards others, the touch of a dark orb withers body and soul.

Elemental Nature. A dark orb doesn't require air, food, drink, or sleep.
