A Cyborg can be any creature willing to change their bodies for the better. They are typically those who have lost limbs in combat, or are seeking to augment themselves.

More information...

A cyborg looks like anything the character wants, to DM/GM discretion. A human cyborg may be missing an arm and a leg, and where flesh meets metal it becomes jagged. They have no power core, as their cybernetics run on biological energy. Cybernetic eye color can be any color, and it glows.

Cyborg This is an inherited template. It may be taken upon character creation, or before, and may also be acquired post-creation.

Size and Type

A creature’s size and type will not change with the use of this template.

Hit Dice

Creature’s HD goes up by one die type. If d12, no change.

Speed

If the creature has a cybernetic augmentation in his/her legs, gain +10 movement +5 for every size above medium

Armor Class

As metal type. If augmentation is adamantine, for example, it will have hardness of 20 and grant a creature a bonus to AC equal to that given when armor is made adamntine.

Attack

The creature may take one of two weapons: Hand Blast or Energy Blade

Full Attack

Hand Blast and Energy Blade deals any one energy type of damage, with the exception of positive and negative energy (necrotic and radiant). They may use these abilities at will, meaning to no limit. Hand blast deals 1d6 points of damage +1 per 2 character levels. Every 4 levels after first, it increases by 1d6 to a maximum of 4d6. Range is 30 feet, crit 20/x2. Energy Blade deals 1d8 plus Str or Dex, whichever is higher, as well as +1 damage per 2 levels. This blade does slashing damage, and hardness of 5. This increases by one every 3 levels to a maximum of 15.

Special Attacks

Unarmed strikes with augmented body part deal 1 die higher damage than current unarmed. Also, an Energy Shield may be activated as a free action, granting an AC bonus equal to 3 +1 per 3 levels.

Special Qualities

A creature with the cyborg template gains immunity to poison as any poison that enter the blood stream is filtered out by any augmentation. Cyborgs of 10th level or higher also gain dr 3/-. Also, a creature with cybernetic arms may one hand a two handed weapon without a bonus strength normally granted, and may use things like guns one handed, with the exception of heavy weapons. Augmented sight grants dark vision 30ft, as well as infrared, UV and X-Ray, though the latter is only useable on objects not magically obscured and walls less than 1.5 feet thick.

Abilities

+4 Str and Dex, +2 Con, possible +2 Wis, if eyes or senses are augmented.

Skills

+5 Type bonus to craft tech, knowledge tech, craft traps, as well as spot, listen, or search depending on augmentation. -4 hide due to flashing or glowing lights on body.

Typically in cities in towns, though they are known to wander

Usually work alone or in small groups

Any allowed by base race.
