False Appearance(Cursed Tree only). While the tree remains motionless, it is indistinguishable from a normal tree.

Boss Fight. At the start of combat, the creature rolls twice for initiative, taking two turns per round of combat. At the start of each round, the creature must reroll for initiative once and replace one of its turns with the new result.

Bloodied Resistance. Upon taking damage that would reduce the creature to 0 hit points or lower, the creature returns to full hit points, and the creature immediately ends all negative conditions on itself. Once this feature activates, it cannot activate again until the creature takes a long rest. This effect can occur even when taking normally lethal damage, such as from power word kill

Tactics Change. When Bloodied Resistance activates, the Cursed Tree becomes a Rot Tree, or if Bloodied Resistance is activated by fire damage it becomes a Burning Tree. This determines which abilities it uses.

ACTIONS

Multiattack(Burning Tree only). The Burning Tree makes 2 Slam attacks.

Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (2d6 + 5) bludgeoning damage(Cursed Tree), poison damage(Rot Tree), or fire damage(Burning Tree).

Boss Actions

The boss can take 1 boss action, choosing from the options below. Only one boss action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The boss regains its spent boss action at the start of the round.

Summon(2/Day)(Cursed or Rot only). The Cursed Tree summons 1d2 Needle Blights. When the Cursed Tree becomes a Rot Tree, it regains all uses of this, and summons Vine Blights instead.

A dreadful creature with the ability to bring itself back from death, this is what happens when an tree is Awakened for only one purpose: revenge.
