Wondrous item, rare This black satin cloak is ominously suspicious, and must always be regarded as such. Despite the sinister look of the cape, it has no actual inclination towards evil or good and is, in fact, not alive or even sentient. When worn, the user can levitate above the ground ominously and all good aligned creature will regard them with distrust, regardless of the wearers appearance. The wearer can ignore difficult terrain and is always under the effect of the feather fall spell. When either of these effects occur, the cape billows around the wearer and gives of the sound of fluttering cloth.
