Innate Spellcasting (3/Day each). The charmander’s spellcasting ability is Strength (Spell Save DC 13). The charmander can innately cast fire bolt, burning hands, and false life without using any components.

ACTIONS

Tackle. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d6 + 1) bludgeoning damage.


Charmander, though constantly on fire, aren't all that hotheaded, just hot-tailed. In fact, when their tail is burning with fury, run. That means that they are very angry. Many charmander are found near volcanoes, making them hard to find and frightening to fight. Also, in some places, charmander are raised and trained to be a Pokémon trainer's starting Pokémon.
