Wondrous Item, artifact

No one knows for sure how these gems were created, some say these were created by gods and others say they made by a powerful entity but these gems are very powerful.

There are seven chaos emeralds and all of them have different colors (red, blue, yellow, green, white, turquoise and purple) and if you have one of them, you can use teleport without spending a spell level or knowing the spell but you need to know where you are going first. If you have all seven of the emeralds, you can travel between different planes but after you travel to a plane, the emeralds will scatter and then you need to find them again. To use these effects, you have to say Chaos Control.
