Chakra. Chōmei has 80 chakra points which it can expend. Chōmei regains 8 chakra points at the end of each of its turns.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. Chōmei makes four attacks: one with its bite and three with its tails.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +18 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 21 (2d10 + 10) piercing damage.

Tails. Melee Weapon Attack:+ 18 to hit, reach 20 ft., one target. Hit: 19 (2d8 + 10) bludgeoning damage.

Frightful Presence. Each creature of Chōmei’s choice that is within 120 feet of and aware of it must succeed on a DC 22 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.

Tailed Beast Bomb (20 Chakra). Chōmei chooses a space within 120 feet and fires a 60 foot sphere of chakra centered on that point. Every creature within range must succeed a DC 25 Dexterity saving throw, taking 63 (10d10 + 4) force damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Genjutsu Release (3 Chakra). Chōmei ends the effects of genjutsu on one creature within its reach.

Chakra Transfer. One creature Chōmei touches regains any number of hit points, and Chōmei loses an equal number.

LEGENDARY ACTIONS

The Chōmei can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Chōmei regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Gather Chakra. Chōmei regains 8 Chakra.

Tail Attack. Chōmei makes a tail attack.

Blinding Powder (5 Chakra). Every creature within 10 ft. must succeed a DC 25 Constitution saving throw or be blinded for 1 minute. Each affected creature can retry this saving throw and the beginning of their turn to end the effect early.

Chōmei, the Seven-Tailed Kabutomushi.

Chōmei, third strongest among the nine Tailed Beasts, has a happy-go-lucky personality. Referring to itself as "Lucky Seven Chōmei", it believes itself to be lucky, likely due to its number of tails being considered lucky by many cultures. Chōmei prefers not to fight, only doing so when backed into a corner or in light-hearted duels.

gollark: Vague mistrust based on previous actions is not hate.
gollark: I think bots is to be below meta, yes.
gollark: Yes, I'm glad you've been able to find people who agree with you on things most.
gollark: For purposes, naturally. I could say approximately the same thing to you. Although with "palaiologos" instead of "gollark".
gollark: What do you mean excluding people from offtopic? I have no power over it. I can't stop people accessing it.
