Build Witch's Cottage [Special]

3e Summary::Design and erect a cottage suitable for a witch to live in, including furnishings. A cottage enhances a witch's crafting, research and psionic abilities. Witch's must build their own cottages.

Prerequisite: Wis 15, Str 11, Witchcraft 8 ranks

Benefit: You gain a circumstance bonus of +2 to checks on skills Appraise, Craft (alchemy), Craft (whittling), Decipher Script, Psicraft, Profession (village witch), Spellcraft and Witchcraft while occupying your cottage.

Special: Prerequisite to the cottage witch class.
