3e Summary::Brittleskin weakens a creature's skin, reducing their natural armor bonus by 2. This penalty increases by -1 for every 3 caster levels above 3rd (Drd, Rng) or 8th/7th (Sor/Wiz) to a max of -5 at 12th level (Drd, Rng) or 17th/16th level (Sor/Wiz). Brittleskin counters barkskin.
