Breathless Cyclone (5e Spell)

You throw a skull that you have infused with your magic, which creates a whirlwind of bones. You can make the whirlwind up to 30 feet wide and 50 feet tall. The whirlwind rages from the skull, and moving the skull moves the whirlwind appropriately. When the whirlwind appears, all creatures within its radius must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, they take 2d12 bludgeoning damage, or half as much on a successful save. Airborne creatures have disadvantage on this save. Creatures that enter the whirlwind or end their turn within the whirlwind take 2d12 bludgeoning damage.
